After a lot of brain storming, time, and hard work, a new website has been created for my bike adventure!
My mom came up with a new idea for my trip: a CELEBRATION RIDE while CROSSING OVER AMERICA. We have built a website where, in exchange for a monetary donation, we would like you to post a memorial in honor of your loved one, a tribute to someone as a survivor, a honor of someone who is serving our country, your anniversary, your birthday or someone else's birthday -something you want others to remember and know.
On the site, my itinerary is listed, along with who each day is in honor of. I think it's a good way to give back to the donors.
The website was just launched today, so we're still tweaking it. I'm waiting to see what will come of my blog: whether I'll keep this one or move it to the website. I'll be sure to make the transition easy :)
